The warning follows rising political tension within the NDC structure in Enugu State. Stakeholders from Nsukka political bloc raised concerns over what they described as growing influence of financial power in candidate selection.
They argued that past elections in Enugu North have shown voter preference for candidates with strong grassroots connection.
