The African Democratic Congress, ADC, has unveiled its governorship and deputy governorship candidates for the 2027 general elections in 28 states.
The party announced the ADC candidates in a statement issued on Friday.
It said the selections reflected its commitment to providing Nigerians with credible leadership and a viable political alternative.
Among the prominent names on the list are Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour in Lagos, Isa Mohammed Ashiru in Kaduna and Great Ogboru in Delta.
Others include Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita in Katsina and former Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, in Kebbi.
The party also presented candidates in Adamawa, Kano, Rivers, Oyo, Ogun, Plateau, Zamfara and several other states.
According to the ADC, the candidates will carry the party’s banner into the 2027 elections.
It said they would also represent its commitment to offering Nigerians what it described as a “real alternative.”
