One strike targeted Alafa in the Sambisa axis. Successive bombings were carried out on identified structures.

Another NAF airstrikes operation targeted Metele in the Tumbuns. Intelligence reports indicated fortified insurgent positions in the area. The Air Force described the missions as sustained and strategic. It said the goal is to weaken insurgent operational capability.

The NAF airstrikes reinforce ongoing military pressure in the North-East. They aim to disrupt terrorist command and logistics structures. Aerial operations support ground troop advances in contested areas. They also help restrict insurgent movement and regrouping efforts.
